First come, first serve in-home housing. Brigid is a wonderfully hospitable person that will provide a cozy room and shared common space for the length of a Nia Training for $200.00. Brigid is a Nia WB/GB and assists Casey. Occasionally we will add futons and create a "Nia Camp"! Availability varies - call and reserve early!

"Nia" rooms available at group rate $79+tax or $40/night! 2 weeks prior to training reservation required for Nia rate. The surrounding of this hostel is nothing special, but the rooms are VERY nice. Ramada Plaza Albany provides microwave, refigerator, a hearty breakfast buffet, pool, jacuzzi, and coin laundry.

Location: visible from exit 4 on NYS 90. It is very convenient to exit 6, The Center for Nia & Yoga.
