Classes at the Center for Nia & Yoga

Directions:
Please use map below to personalize directions to the studio. We are located at 4 Central Avenue (corner of Lark Street). Take I-90, exit 6, Arbor Hill, Henry Johnson Blvd., left on 4 Central Ave. The Center is located four storefronts from the corner.

The Nia & Yoga Studio is located on the first floor. PLEASE use Lark st. entrance directly across from the Armory Building. Ring door bell, a code will be provided once you register.

Parking at the Center:
The parking for 4 Central Ave is located behind the building off of Elk St.

Approach #1 from the corner of Lark St and Central Ave: Take a left on to Lark St, heading north, go to your next traffic light and take a left on to Elk St, enter the 2nd parking lot on you left

Approach #2 from NYS: Rt. 90 (east or west) Exit 6, Arbor Hill, Henry Johnson Blvd. At 4th traffic lights – Sheridan St. take a left go one block. Take a right on Lark St, go one block and take a Right on to Elk St. park in the 2nd parking lot on your left.

The Center for Nia and Yoga is located in the heart of downtown Albany, at Lark St. and Central Ave. This beautiful historic building is currently home to our Nia and Yoga communities as well as home to NYS Expressive Arts and several businesses. The former Azteca restaurant space was transformed in August as an art gallery for the inaugural "Center for Nia and Yoga presents.." series. Beginning with September's "Epic" Art Show we are now alligned with Albany's 1st Friday events, and 4 Central Ave is an official 1st Friday Trolley Stop. Stop in on any 1st Friday for our monthly Nia Dance Jam, and check out the largest art show in the city, with gallery space on the first and fourth floors!
